We know that our answers from the Lord are often based upon our willingness to forgive and to ask for the forgiveness of our own sins. God wants relationship with us, but sin often stands in the way. The work of the cross on our behalf erases our sins and gives us power to forsake them forever. Let us seek forgiveness with sorrow and may we offer forgiveness to others with love. As we seek forgiveness, we will find more and more power with God. True repentance is a constant companion of the believer.
