We are delighted you’ve chosen to join the NLC Serve Team! Your willingness to serve is critical to the success of our mission to bring people to Christ and find a life of fulfillment in Him.

Our “motto” regarding our Serve Team members is “people before tasks.” While the jobs we perform at all levels of ministry are important and must be done with excellence, it is the people who serve week-after-week who are a priority over the tasks themselves.

Church membership is not required to become a part of the Serve Team, but we do ask everyone to complete Growth Track as part of our on-boarding process. Growth Track discusses our core values, Pastors Tim and Tricia’s vision for the church and helps develop a culture of unity.

When we receive your application, our Integration Team will reach out to you to help you find the right area of ministry and guide you through the steps to get started. We are excited to have you on the team!
